As a reminder, the MyFunding upgrade will take place from Friday, July 21 at 5:30pm through Sunday, July 30. The site will be available for all users again on Monday, July 31 at 8:30am. MyFunding will be down and inaccessible during this period. Please plan to complete proposal submissions, award activations, award modifications, and any other MyFunding requests prior to this downtime.

REVISED: In response to user feedback and to minimize the impact on known deadlines as much as possible, the MyFunding upgrade has CHANGED.

The MyFunding upgrade will now take place on Friday, July 21st at 5:30pm through Sunday, July 30th. The site will be available for all users again on Monday, July 31st at 8:30am. MyFunding will be down and inaccessible during this period.

Some users are experiencing intermittent difficulty accessing Grants.Gov, resulting in errors (see Figure 1 example). The Grants.Gov issue is affecting MyFunding System-to-System (S2S) Opportunity ID downloads, S2S submissions, and access to Grants.Gov Workspace. We will provide an update once Grants.Gov communicates that the issues are resolved. Figure 1.

RESOLVED   Grants.Gov has returned to normal operation. Thank you for your patience

Grants.Gov is experiencing technical difficulties associated with proposal creation and submission, resulting in errors (see Figure 1 example). The Grants.Gov technical issues are affecting MyFunding System-to-System (S2S) Opportunity ID downloads, S2S submissions, and access to Grants.Gov Workspace. We will provide an update once Grants.gov communicates that the issues are resolved. Figure 1.

A known vendor issue impacts the Research & Related (R&R) Subaward Budget Attachment(s) Form in the SF-424 application in MyFunding, resulting in a validation warning message being incorrectly triggered when question 5 is zero. This bug will be fixed in a future release. If the ‘Total Direct and Indirect Costs’ equal the ‘Subawards/Consortium/Contractual Costs’ on the R&R Budget V3.0 Form, submitting the SF-424 application with this warning will not be a problem (see Figures 1, 2 & 3).
