New Data Field Added in MyRA for Subaward Request (SWD)

A new data field has been added in MyRA for outgoing subaward requests (SWD) to align with federal subaward reporting requirements.

In the “SWD Sponsor, Project and Scope of Work” SmartForm (Figure 1), answering “Yes” to the question “Is this FFATA Reportable?” will now result in a required follow-up field named “Subaward Description” (Figure 2).

Information entered into the Subaward Description field will be reported and publicly available on SAM.gov. Help text is available within the form to provide additional guidance for this field (Figure 3).
