In an SF-424 application, the following fields (though commonly auto-populated) are required even though the fields do not have an asterisk (*; Figure 1): Position/Title, Organization Name, Department, State and Zip Code. If these fields are left blank, an error message will occur when validating the SF-424 application (Figure 2).
