Updates to Award Modification Requests

In response to user feedback, the following updates have been made to the Award Modification Request (AMR) SmartForm and notifications: 

1. The Comment field is now required (Figure 1). The following information should be entered into the comment textbox for the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) Specialist:
   * The purpose of the AMR
   * Directions to OSP for communicating with the Sponsor and how (email signed document, submit in sponsor portal, etc.)
   * Sponsor’s contact information
   * Any other relevant details for the request
2. A Sponsor Deadline field has been added to the SmartForm (Figure 1). Users should enter a deadline if applicable.
3. AMR email notifications now include the comments and sponsor deadline for improved visibility (Figure 2).
