MyFunding Downtime 9/4/2025
MyFunding will undergo scheduled downtime on Thursday, September 4th, 2025, from 7:00 - 10:00pm EST for a System-to-System SF-424 upgrade.
If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time, we will issue a follow-up notification. Otherwise, MyFunding will be available on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10:00pm EST.

MyFunding Downtime 12/18/24 - NIH FORMS-I
MyFunding will undergo scheduled downtime on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 6:00 - 9:00pm EST so that the SF-424 forms used for System-to-System (i.e., via Grants.Gov) submissions can be upgraded in MyFunding to allow for National Institutes of Health (NIH) FORMS-I submissions.
Resolved: Failed Notifications in MyFunding
The PERIS™ Team is aware of issues that impacted outgoing notifications from MyFunding between 9:45 and 11AM. These issues now appear to be resolved, and MyFunding functionality is restored. Notifications that failed to send during this time will be re-sent over the next hour.

New Organization Request Form in MyRA 6/21/24
In response to user feedback, the Contracting Party Pop-up window and new contracting party request form in MyRA have been changed.
These changes streamline the process of adding new contracting parties and also permit the continuation and submission of the MyRA agreement while the contracting party is being added.

The process for requesting user accounts in MyRA has changed.
New Organization Request Form in MyRA
The Contracting Party Pop-up window in MyRA has changed.
When an organization is not listed in MyRA, use the link to request the addition of a new organization (see Figure 1). Please note: The manual entry option for all new agreements has been removed (see Figure 2).

Changes to Continuations in MyFunding
In response to user feedback, the following enhancements have been made to Continuations in MyFunding.
The changes include:
1 – The long title has been added to the workspace for Continuations (Figure 1).
2 – The ‘PI Certification Request’ has been updated to send the notification to all individuals with the PD/PI role. Additional Principal Investigators (PIs) no longer need to upload certifications as attachments (Figures 1 and 2). Please see the associated Quick Guide for instructions on triggering PI Certifications.
