RESOLVED This issue affecting the SF-424 (System-to-System) applications in MyFunding has been resolved. Thank you for your patience during this time.

There is a known issue affecting the SF-424 (System-to-System) applications in MyFunding. At 12:00 PM today, MyFunding will be unavailable for several minutes while undergoing a portal restart.

Corrupted PDF files uploaded in MyFunding with the SF-424 can cause validation errors.

RESOLVED The underlying issue with the indirect cost rate question in MyFunding has been resolved. Thank you for your patience during this time.

POSTPONED The scheduled maintenance has been postponed until a later date.

MyFunding will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 5:30 PM ET until Monday, February 21, 2021 at 7:00 AM ET.

MyFunding automatically applies indirect costs on the first $25,000 for subawards. However, there are times when this does not apply, and indirect costs should be excluded.

There is a known issue affecting the response to question 5.0 on the General Budget Information page of MyFunding.

Only individuals listed as ‘Proposal Team Editors’ on a MyFunding proposal record can provide record access to other users.

Individuals who have ‘edit rights’ or

If edits are necessary during a funding proposal or award review, the department, school, or specialist may request changes in MyFunding.

Many federal agencies, such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), impose salary limitations (caps) for awards.
