RESOLVED The issue impacting the Budget Reconciliation SmartForm has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

A known issue is impacting the Budget Reconciliation SmartForm in MyFunding. The PERIS™ team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will alert users once this has been corrected.

MyFunding will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET. If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification.

The following tips can be used to ensure the ‘PI Certification request’ is sent correctly.

In response to user feedback, the ‘Total Project Direct Costs’ and ‘Total Project Indirect Costs’ fields have been added to the Financial Setup SmartForm in MyFunding Award Modifications.

The PERIS™ Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance tonight, May 11, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM ET to resolve the issue impacting the Budget Reconciliation SmartForm in MyFunding.

There is a known issue affecting the Budget Reconciliation SmartForm in MyFunding. At 3:15 PM today, MyFunding will be unavailable for several minutes while undergoing a portal restart.

As a reminder, it is important to include the length of the budget period when inputting the budget allocations in Awards.
