When an organization is not listed in MyRA, use the link to request the addition of a new organization (see Figure 1). Please note: The manual entry option for all new agreements has been removed (see Figure 2).

MyRA Subaward Conversion Record Request Form
Outgoing subawards and associated amendments are requested in MyRA and routed to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). However, to request an amendment for an outgoing subaward created in Contraxx, the subaward must first be imported into MyRA:
On the Contraxx Subaward Conversion SmartForm in question 1, select the Subaward you want to move into MyRA.

Important Details about the MyFunding Downtime July 21-30
As a reminder, the MyFunding upgrade will take place from Friday, July 21 at 5:30pm through Sunday, July 30. The site will be available for all users again on Monday, July 31 at 8:30am. MyFunding will be down and inaccessible during this period.
UPDATE: MyFunding SF424 Upgrade
The SF424 forms that are used for System-to-System (i.e., via Grants.Gov) submissions have been upgraded in MyFunding to allow for NIH FORMS-H submissions. Upgrades include:
MyFunding Award Activation Training
The PERIS™ Project Team is pleased to announce MyFunding Award Activation training for research administrators. These interactive, hands-on training sessions will focus on activating a new award, modifying an existing award, and preparing and submitting progress reports in the MyFunding module.
Each session can accommodate a limited number of individuals and will be led by members of the PERIS™ project team.
