In response to user feedback, the ‘Total Project Direct Costs’ and ‘Total Project Indirect Costs’ fields have been added to the Financial Setup SmartForm in MyFunding Award Modifications.

The PERIS™ Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance tonight, May 11, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM ET to resolve the issue impacting the Budget Reconciliation SmartForm in MyFunding.

There is a known issue affecting the Budget Reconciliation SmartForm in MyFunding. At 3:15 PM today, MyFunding will be unavailable for several minutes while undergoing a portal restart.

MyFunding will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET. If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification.

The PERIS™ MyFunding module will undergo scheduled maintenance Friday, January 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET to resolve the issue impacting the PHS Human Subjects and Clinical Trails Information V3.0 form for Forms-G submissions.

As a follow-up to the SF424 MyFunding Upgrade notice below, a vendor issue is impacting the Study Record(s) section of the PHS Human Subjects and Clinical Trials Information V3.0 form on the SF424 (see Figure 1). Figure 1.
