In response to user feedback, the Facilities and Administrative (F&A)/indirect cost (IDC) rate calculations for blended rates have been updated in MyFunding.

In response to user feedback, the ‘Changes Requested by Department’ email notification has been modified to include members of the proposal team (see Figure 1).

The PERIS™ MyFunding module will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 6:00 PM until Monday, September 20, 2021 at 8:00 AM ET to prepare for an upcoming integration with MyDisclosures.

MyFunding will undergo scheduled maintenance tonight, August 31, 2021 from 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM ET. If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification.

RESOLVED The issue impacting the Budget Reconciliation page of MyFunding has been resolved. Thank you for your patience during this time.

There is a known issue impacting the Budget Reconciliation page of MyFunding. As a result, MyFunding will be unavailable tonight, August 23, 2021 from 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM ET.

The Personnel Compliance tab has been changed in MyFunding (see Figure 1 for example). Changes include: 1 – ‘IP Assignment’ column will display ‘Not on File’ or ‘On File’. 2 – ‘CITI Training’ column has been added to include the Responsible Conduct

The PERIS™ team is aware of the system issue. To correct this issue, the PERIS™ team will need to disable the PERIS™ Portal for 10 minutes.

When a Sponsor or Subrecipient is not listed in MyFunding, contact the PERIS^TM Team at peristeam@pitt.edu to have the organization added to the solution for selection.

The SF424 forms that are used for System-to-System
