To align with the Clinical Trials Office, we have added additional questions to the General Proposal Information SmartForm in MyFunding. When choosing a ‘Primary Purpose’ for the project, follow-up questions regarding clinical trials will be displayed.
If 'Clinical Trial' is selected as the primary purpose (Figure 1) of the project, the Clinical Trial phase and the Clinical Study Registry (CSR) Number will be required (Figure 2).

If a primary purpose other than Clinical Trial (Figure 3) is selected, there will be an additional required question, ‘Does this project include a Clinical Trial?’ (Figure 4).
