In response to user feedback, the PERIS™ Team has implemented two updates to email notifications.
- On Funding proposals (FP) that are Pending Sponsor Review, the ‘Withdraw Submitted or Not Funded Proposal’ activity now have email notifications sent to the Principal Investigator (PI), Department Administrator, and editors on the FP (Figure 1). An FP can be withdrawn for various reasons, including being marked as 'Not Funded' or 'Withdrawn from Sponsor' (Figure 2 ).
- On Awards, Department Administrators will now be included as "cc" recipients on the ‘Email SPA’
activity, so that department administrators are notified when information is sent to Sponsored Projects Accounting (SPA) (Figure 3).
