Help Desk Requests

The PERIS™ Team uses Salesforce as the platform for managing MyFunding and MyRA inquiries. Therefore, always send a new email to peristeam@pitt.edu (MyFunding) or myrahelp@pitt.edu (MyRA) when help is requested, so that the team can respond and resolve inquiries as quickly as possible.   Do not reply to a prior request for a new inquiry. 

You can respond to an open ticket at any time for an update by replying to the email.
