DocuSign is now integrated with MyFunding! DocuSign has been successfully integrated in MyFunding. The DocuSign activity will be initiated by the Office of Sponsored Programs. Once the specialist uploads a document for signature, the DocuSign tab will appear in the workspace and contain information about the status of the signature process. The document will be available for signature in the recipients’ email inbox. The DocuSign application will be used to sign the document.

MyFunding will be unavailable on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET. If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification. Otherwise, MyFunding will be available on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 9:30pm ET. Effective January 13, 2020, Morgan Donaldson has been hired as Project Coordinator to manage the PERIS™ Project through Phase 3 and beyond. Morgan is returning to the Office of Sponsored Programs, where she worked in increasing levels of responsibility for six years on the Grants Management Team. The SF424 forms that are used for system-to-system submissions have been updated in MyFunding. New features include: - The PDF that is generated for NIH applications now has the correct order of pages that reflects what is seen in eRA Commons. - Generated PDFs now have page numbers. - NIH validations are now sorted numerically.

The PERIS™ Portal will be undergoing routine, scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. As a result, MyFunding will be unavailable on Wednesday from 5:30 PM ET through 10:00 PM ET. If this maintenance lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification. Otherwise, MyFunding will be available on Wednesday, November 20 after 10:00 PM ET.

After 11 years of service in the Office of Sponsored Programs, Christine McClure, Associate Director for the PERIS™ Solution, will be leaving the University to pursue a new career opportunity. We thank Christine for her work in the office and leading the project through the first two phases, and we wish Christine the best in her new venture. The PERIS™ Team and Sponsored Projects Accounting will be conducting training for research administrators. The session will focus on MyFunding topics that affect timely activations and ways for departments to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible. No registration is required to attend. In response to user feedback, the MyFunding module has been updated to incorporate 23 additional subcodes on the ‘Budget Reconciliation’ page of the award smartforms. Below are the newly added subcodes available for immediate use.
